In recent memory, a quarter of a million people queued to venerate the relics of St Therese of Lisieux when they visited the UK in 2019.
Due to the high incidence of Covid cases in this area, we have had to take the hard decision to cancel the planned celebration of the 10th Anniversary of Father Max’s Priestly Ordination which was to be held on the 28th November.
The only available location (Kilmorack hall) would have been too enclosed and thereby the risks to people’s health too great. However, parishioners can feel free to congratulate Father Max in their own way after mass. The mass will go on as planned.
A special cake is being prepared for Sunday 28th November, so after Mass, if the weather is kind, we will hold a short ‘photo-op’ outside the church.
Fr. Max celebrates 10 years of priestly ministry today, 19th November 2021.
He has spent most of those 10 years serving us in our Highland parishes for which we are very grateful.

Starting on Sunday 28 November, for the four Sundays of Advent, there will be an unmanned stall at the back of St Mary’s Beauly.
There are no prices on items. Donations only. Gifts will change each week – so keep looking!
Something for adults, children’s toys etc. You can even treat yourself!
All monies raised are for Parish funds, so please be generous.
There will be a parish-wide celebration on Sunday 28th November after morning Mass. At 12:30pm join us for lunch in the Kilmorack Hall just outside of Beauly.

Parents of children from P4-P7, who wish their children to make their First Holy Communion in June 2022, are invited to attend a short meeting after Mass on Sunday 14th November with Fr Max and Bobbie Robertson.
